A New Post~! KiraKiraCon~!

Wow! I can't believe its been so long since I updated. T____T I'm sorry, everyone! Life seems to get the best of me at times, at least as far as how much free time I'm able to accumulate.

So this past weekend I went down to KiraKiracon With my best friend Lyssa. Her business, Lyssa's Stuff, was selling jewelry at the con. She focuses on hypoallergenic, hand made jewelry that is gamer and geek community centered. She has a wide selection of plugs and fake plugs, and also takes custom orders of nearly any sort!
You can check her blogger out here
And her Etsy Shop here

KiraKiracon was extremely small, not the norm for the anime conventions I tend to frequent; however, it being small did allow for a lot of friend making time. I am so happy to have made so many new friends~!

As for my outfits for the weekend, I wore Little Bears Cafe on Saturday:

Blouse: Bodyline
Socks: Meta
Shoes: Rue 21
Jewelry: Lyssa's Stuff, Chocomint

And I don't have too many photos from Sunday...

Blouse: Bodyline
Skirt, Socks and Purse: Angelic Pretty
Shoes: Montreal
Accessories: Chocomint and hand-made

That cute little bag is something I purchased from another dealer~! >3< I have a pomeranian doggy too, and I just had to get it! It was my loot for the weekend (that, and another little baggy of the same size, with pink Giraffe on it X3 ! )

It really was a lot of good friend making time - I'm so happy to have met everyone! Most importantly, I got to spend some real quality time with Lyssa - She graduated last semester, so we don't get to spend as much time together during school, so I was so happy to travel with her! (づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ

Also, there were some really great panels on Lolita and Gyaru at KiraKiracon! I was actually really interested to find out all that information on Gyaru, too - and I knew a little bit, but not a lot. The individuals who ran the panel knew what they were talking about, and gave a lot of good explanations as to what Gyaru is, where it came from, who participates in the fashion, and more. I learned a lot!

And now for a few random Photos from the weekend~! Enjoy! (I'll post more photos when I have a bit more time~! )

And one more! Grace being as cute as button! Photo credit to Adam Howel!

I WAS SO SCARED ;A;

So yesterday I checked up on the status of a recent order I made from someone on LJ (a cute blonde wig, from the last of my birthday gifts). It's previously used, but in fantastic condition. Anyway, when I check USPS.com......... It says it was delivered to my mothers house on Monday. So I call my mom, she never saw it come in. Call my sister... she never saw it. No package on the door, no letter saying they tried to deliver it. Um.. kay what?

Tried not to freak and emailed USPS, since it was in the evening. Today I gave the local post office a ring, and they made a call to the carrier to find the package. Longer story short, my mother later meets the post lady in the driveway to ask. Apparently there was a substitute carrier who messed up several other packages that day. the regular post lady had to go through the trouble of tracking down ALL the lost mail ...... i was really worried, but by the end of the day she had found it!! >< Augh, I was so scared! Thank you nice lady!!! ;A;  Next time, I'm getting insurance.

A gift from my Parents?

Yes! Thankfully, I was able to get this as a birthday gift:

My Pretty!! *A* You are on your way to mmeeeee!!! Travel safely!!

I'm in great hopes that it will go well with my Pink Gingham Baby OP.
Which I haven't worn in quite a while, mainly because I didn't have anything good to coordinate it with. I have some opaque Jane Marple OTK's I purchased many moons ago in Closet Child, but I want to preserve them because they are rather aged.

BTW...... I AM DIIIEEEE--INNG to own the Green JSK version of this print ;__;

Look at how incredibly gorgeous! I feel the prints/styles from this set have stolen my heart for years. It's the only print I've cared to own in more than one colorway.

Here's to searching Yahoo!Japan ~

Driving In Lolita

*

It's not that it's uncomfortable....... but the platform shoes take some getting used to when applying pressure to the gas pedal. And the poof, kinda might sorta get in the way? It's okay, it's for a good cause :3

Driving In AP. <3 my car ~

I want to see photos of other lolita while driving  ~

PS: I'm having this horrific blog design issue... my blogger sections show up double (two of each post on each page T__T Look at it ....augh. I can't even find the error in the html.... and it isn't in the "simple" edit options. Forgive the mess...)

*A* A bloooooooggg

So I'm not fancy blogger, but I got tired to wanting to follow various other bloggers and not having a decent location to call my blog "Home". So I suppose that is what this will turn into ~~

I didn't make this for any particular express purpose other than that, so it is likely you will find the things of the same topic as my tumblr (which means a lot of Fashion content, primarily lolita and fairy-kei)

Yep ~
